General Terms

1Eligibility

To participate in CalmLabPeak programs you must be able to enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law and comply with these Terms. Certain programs may have additional eligibility criteria communicated during enrollment.

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors are not eligible to enroll in CalmLabPeak professional programs without prior written consent from a legal guardian and approval by CalmLabPeak.

You agree to use CalmLabPeak services lawfully and not for any purpose that violates applicable local or international regulations, including improper data collection or activities that infringe on others’ rights.

CalmLabPeak services are offered primarily to clients in Thailand and internationally where lawful. Availability of certain features or programs may be restricted in some jurisdictions due to local regulations or logistical constraints.

2Account and Access

When you create an account with CalmLabPeak, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and access credentials. Use of our learning platform and resources requires a unique account assigned to an individual participant.

You must provide truthful, up-to-date information during registration. Inaccurate or misleading information may limit your access to programs and may result in account suspension.

Protect your login credentials. Notify CalmLabPeak immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise of your account so we can take prompt action to secure your data.

Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or transferring account access to third parties is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by CalmLabPeak.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact support immediately. We will contribute and may suspend the account while restoring secure access.

CalmLabPeak reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security or legal risk. We will provide reasons for suspension where possible and applicable.

3Services Provided

CalmLabPeak offers mindful leadership workshops, coaching sessions, online courses, and organizational consulting. Program descriptions, schedules, and prerequisites are provided at enrollment. Our approach blends evidence-informed mindfulness practices with leadership development techniques designed for working professionals.

CalmLabPeak may modify program features, schedules, and pricing. Where changes materially affect booked services, we will notify enrolled participants and offer options to reschedule or select alternative sessions where practicable.

Programs may be subject to venue availability, facilitator scheduling, and participant minimums. CalmLabPeak will communicate any alterations and seek to minimize inconvenience to participants.

4Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. The following rules ensure a constructive learning environment for all attendees.

• Treat facilitators and fellow participants with respect; harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is not permitted.
• Arrive on time for sessions and attend scheduled activities unless prior notice is given.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared during sessions unless explicit consent is provided by the person speaking.
• Use CalmLabPeak resources and materials only for their intended educational purposes.
• Follow any site-specific safety or facility rules when attending in-person sessions.
• Refrain from recording sessions unless you have written permission from CalmLabPeak and all participants involved.
• Comply with local laws and professional codes of conduct relevant to your participation.

5User Contributions

Participants may share reflections, exercises, or other content during program activities. Such user content is subject to the following guidelines.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit, but by sharing within CalmLabPeak programs you grant us the right to use this content for program delivery and improvement.

By contributing content, you grant CalmLabPeak a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for educational and promotional purposes, unless you explicitly withhold consent.

You are responsible for content you provide. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal data about third parties without their consent. Content that violates laws or these Terms may be removed.

CalmLabPeak may remove user content that breaches these Terms, is unlawful, or undermines participant safety. Requests to remove content will be evaluated and handled promptly.

6Intellectual Property

All training materials, curricula, guides, logos, and proprietary content provided by CalmLabPeak are the intellectual property of CalmLabPeak or its licensors. Participants may use materials for personal learning but must not reproduce or distribute them commercially without prior written consent.

• Do not copy, modify, publish, or distribute CalmLabPeak proprietary materials without permission.
• Do not remove or alter any copyright, activity, or other proprietary notices in provided materials.
• Unauthorized commercial use of CalmLabPeak intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7Paid Services

Certain CalmLabPeak programs and coaching are fee-based. Enrolling in paid services constitutes acceptance of these payment and refund terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

Program fees are disclosed during registration. CalmLabPeak reserves the right to change prices for future offerings. Fees for confirmed enrollments are those applicable at the time of registration unless stated otherwise.

Payments are accepted via the methods listed on the registration page. Payment must be completed to secure enrollment unless a payment plan or invoicing arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Subscription services, if offered, continue until canceled. Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of subscription and may include notice periods or prorated refunds based on the subscription model.

Refund and cancellation policies vary by program. CalmLabPeak makes reasonable efforts to offer flexible rescheduling or partial refunds for cancellations made within stated timeframes. Refund amounts depend on program type and lead time provided.

To cancel a booking, contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancellations within specified refund windows may be eligible for partial or full refunds; last-minute cancellations could be non-refundable depending on program terms.

Participants are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges applicable to program fees under local law. CalmLabPeak will indicate whether fees include applicable taxes at the time of payment.

CalmLabPeak may adjust pricing for future offerings. Pricing for confirmed bookings remains as agreed, unless errors or exceptional circumstances require correction, in which case we will notify affected participants.

Failure to pay for services when due may result in cancellation of enrollment and account suspension. Outstanding balances may be referred to collection where permitted by law.

8Disclaimer

CalmLabPeak provides educational content and training focused on mindful leadership practices. Results vary by participant and depend on individual commitment and context. Materials are provided for general information and professional development, not as a substitute for legal, medical, or mental health advice.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalmLabPeak and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our aggregate liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the specific service in question.

10Third-Party Providers

CalmLabPeak may partner with third-party providers for payments, venue services, or supplemental content. We are not responsible for third-party practices or contractual terms; participants should review third-party policies where applicable.

11Termination

CalmLabPeak may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or behavior that jeopardizes safety or program integrity. Participants may terminate their relationship with CalmLabPeak by ceasing use and following any required cancellation procedures.

Upon termination, access to course materials and member-only resources may be revoked. Termination does not relieve participants of payment obligations accrued prior to termination.

12Privacy and Data Protection

CalmLabPeak collects and processes personal data necessary to deliver training and manage client relationships. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, taking reasonable steps to protect information and provide transparency about data use, retention, and participant rights.

13Communications

CalmLabPeak may contact participants via email, phone, or messaging to provide program information, updates, and administrative messages. Participants can manage their communication preferences in their account settings or by contacting support.

14Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on the CalmLabPeak site with an updated effective date. Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be addressed through the procedures described in the disputes section, with respect for local legal frameworks.

16Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact CalmLabPeak to seek an amicable resolution. Where resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled through mediation or as otherwise required by applicable law in Thailand.
